Higher Grounds Mgmt was also awarded the Emerging Leader Award by Leadership Hermosa Beach for exceptional leadership in our community, as well as being honored by our state assembly representative Al Muratsuchi.
Who We Are
Founded by Tynan Mason and Mike Beiras, Higher Grounds Management is one-of-a-kind, in-your-home, teen counseling, elite behavioral and intervention management service specializing in teens and young adults. Our team is comprised of expert teen counselors, former Federal & Juvenile Probation Officers, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Educational Tutors, and Certified Life & Health Coaches
Our teen counseling services are customized to your family’s needs and cover a vast array of internal and behavioral challenges with teens and young adults, consisting of depression, lack of motivation, general misdirection, self-harm, low self-esteem, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, peer pressure, social media dependency, relapse prevention, and traumas such as rejection, abandonment, betrayal, and self-sabotage. We also specialize in advanced interventions to help families overcome the following challenges and dependencies; drugs, alcohol, nicotine, social media, and behavioral defiance, as well as successfully transitioning teens and young adults out of the home.
