Anju Kapoor, Owner For 38 years, has been hosting guests at Mayur with the same care and attention that she would at her home. Having built a reputation for using the finest ingredients to create the most authentic dishes in an intimate, warm ambiance that evolves with the times.
Chef Dharam Singh is the reason for “the perfect symphony of herbs and spices” as well as consistency at Mayur. He runs the kitchen with a hawk eye and is very hands on. Every dish you taste will transport you back to New Delhi where he first learnt his craft.
