7th Annual “Shape-Up at Sherman Gardens” Summer Fitness Series

Featuring: “Happy Hour Abs & Booty” outdoor classes every Monday from July 7 to August 25, 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Following the class, enjoy spirited social time with complimentary food, beverage, live music and strolls in the gardens from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Hosted by Shape-Up Health Club, these popular classes are led by certified instructors and welcome women and men of all ages and fitness levels. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water.  Advance registration required for each individual class.
