The Vendor Fair is held at the race finish-line above the beautiful Corona del Mar State Beach (Ocean Blvd and Heliotrope, Corona del Mar, CA 92626)

Approximate in attendance

The vendor fair draws approximately 2,000 people of all ages and is a popular social community affair ideal for showcasing products and services.

Exhibit Space

Included in your vendor exhibit fee, you will be provided with a 10 x 10ft space, 8 ft table, table linen and two chairs. Please note that we do not provide tent canopies but many vendors wish to bring their own branded tents which is always welcome. Please notify us in advance.

Vendor Schedule Summary

Due to the shut down of public streets to accommodate the race schedule, vendors must arrive by 6:30am to unload and park in designated parking by 7am. (Please note the police dept will not allow vehicle access to the area after 7am). Between 7-8am is time to set- up and prepare your exhibit. Tear-down starts at 11:30.
