VENDOR FAIR EVENT APPLICATION

Event Vendor Location:

The popular vendor fair is located in the heart of the Corona del Mar Village Business District in a highly visited area for great sales and promotions of your product. (Bandera’s Parking Lot) Corner of Marguerite and PCH.  The lot includes many festivities including a band, children’s activies, and a Beer & Wine Garden.

Check-In:

Please arrive for vendor set-up between 9:00am-10:00am and be ready to go by 10:45.  Your designated space with have your name posted on it and staff will be on hand to direct you.  Please drop off supplies and park your vehicle on surrounding street parking and then go back to set-up. Please allow adequate time to park.

Exhibit Space Fee: $350 (Chamber members $300)

Includes a 10×10 exhibit space with tent canopy, 8’ table, red Linen and 2 chairs. If you own your own canopy and wish to bring it, please notify us in advance. You may set-up your display with any promotional signs, banners, and decorations you wish. Canopies larger than 10×10 must purchase additional space. All vendor product, merchandise, signs and sales personnel must conduct business within their exhibit areas. Electricity not provided.
Please notify in advance if you plan to bring a silent generator.

Vendor Event Schedule:

Vendors must be ready to go by 10:45am and remain in designated vendor space until 4:00pm. All vendors and vendor equipment must be removed from the lot no later than 5:00pm.

Directions:

405 Fwy, Take 73 Fwy and Exit MacArthur Blvd., Right (West). Turn Left South) on Coast Hwy, Lot will be on the right (Marguerite & PCH).
