Corona del Mar Christmas Walk Exhibit Space – SOLD OUT FOR THIS YEAR!

Event Vendor Location:

This event offers two popular vendor fair locations.  The Bandera’s Restaurant parking lot location (PCH & Marguerite) and the second at the Dahlia & PCH location near Sherman Gardens. Both popular vender locations are in the heart of the Corona del Mar Village Business District and are highly visited areas for great sales and promotions of your product or service. We are now accepting applications for the Dahlia location only.  The Bandera location is filled.  We look forward to your participation at this popular community event.

Check-In:

Please arrive for vendor set-up between 9:00am-10:00am and be ready to go by 10:45.  Your designated space with have your name posted on it and staff will be on hand to direct you.  Please drop off supplies and park your vehicle on surrounding street parking and then go back to set-up. Please allow adequate time to park.

Exhibit Space Fee: $400 (Chamber members $350)

Includes a 10×10 exhibit space with tent canopy, 8’ table, red Linen and 2 chairs. If you own your own canopy and wish to bring it, please notify us in advance. You may set-up your display with any promotional signs, banners, and decorations you wish. Canopies larger than 10×10 must purchase additional space. All vendor products, merchandise, signs and sales personnel must conduct business within their exhibit areas. Electricity not provided.
Please notify in advance if you plan to bring a silent generator.

Vendor Event Schedule:

Vendors must be ready to go by 10:45am and remain in designated vendor space until 4:00pm. All vendors and vendor equipment must be removed from the lot no later than 5:00pm.

Directions:

Dahlia & PCH parking Lot location: Use 2647 E. Coast Hwy for GPS location.  Parking lot faces PCH.
