EVENT REGISTRATION FEE PER VEHICLE: $50.00
Participation in the Corona del Mar Coastline Car Classic is limited and cars will be registered on a pre-approved basis. The event is open to the classes listed below. Entry fee is non-refundable and includes vehicle exhibit space, gate admission for 2 people (exhibitor and a guest), event t-shirt and product gift bags. All spaces will be assigned by the event staff and event will be held rain or shine.
RULES OF ENTRY:
1) All cars must be pre-registered with this entry form (one form per car). Photographs and payment must accompany each entry.
2) The Committee reserves the right to combine or divide classes depending upon the number of entries accepted.
3) The Committee reserves the right to accept or deny any entry. All entrants will be notified of their application status with 2 weeks of receipt (accepted/denied/pending.
4) The Committee will have the final decision on car classification.
5) EVENT GATES WILL OPEN FOR CAR ENTRIES AT 7:00 AM AND ALL CARS MUST BE IN ASSIGNED PLACES BY 9:00 AM.
7) Owners/exhibitors must remain by cars during judging. All cars must remain in position on the field until the final award has been presented.
8) No for sale signs will be allowed.
9) Cars ineligible for entry will not be permitted on the field.
10) Pop-ups and pets are not permitted.
PLEASE FILL OUT (1) APPLICATION PER CAR ENTERED AND SUBMIT WITH PHOTO AND PAYMENT
VIP HOSPITALITY TICKETS available to car registrants at a discounted price of $100 & includes: Breakfast hospitality tent, admittance to privately catered VIP party, lunch and beer & wine bar. (Price excludes car registration fee & is limited to 2 tickets).
Additional tickets avail at the regular price of $150 each.
