The Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for the following positions.

POSITION: Administrative Coordinator

DESCRIPTION: A key position for the right candidate offering interesting and diverse project involvement with growth potential.  Reporting directly to the Executive Director to perform administrative services to assist the Corona del Mar Chamber of Commerce in daily operational needs as well has annual community events and marketing programs.  Chosen Candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a pleasant personality and thrive in a busy but exciting atmosphere.  This position will offer on the job training in marketing and event planning for the right individual. 

REQUIREMENTS: Position requires strong and friendly communication skills with ability to interact internally and externally with Chamber’s Members, various committees, Board of Director’s, affiliated community organizations, business professionals, and the general public.   Individual must possess strong computer skills, is able to multi-task and is detail oriented.  This individual will be working closely with the Chamber’s Executive Director on all events, projects & programs within the community. 

STATUS:  Monday through Thursday – Friday’s off. 

Position:  Membership Sales Representative

Compensation:  Commission Percentage

Requirements:  We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic sales person who can work independently assisting the growth of our chamber.  We have a great product to sell, and if you possess a strong sales ability, enjoy meeting new people and attending social events, then we would like to hear from you.  Responsibilities will include selling new memberships, soliciting new sponsorships and periodic advertising sales.  We will provide leads of community activities and meetings beneficial for a networking & sales environment.  Marketing brochures, supplies and knowledge needed to sell our product will also be provided.  The ideal candidate is an individual looking to supplement their income & work independently.  Must possess a strong ability to network, sell and learn all Chamber products & services.  Please contact Linda Leonhard at (949) 673-4050
